Mark McGowan, The Artist Taxi Driver pushes toy pig 4 miles with fireman to raise awareness of NHS Privatization

Introducing Mark McGowan: The Artist Taxi Driver

You've come across this because the mainstream media rarely ever report on things like this, the media don't want to show the public that people actually care about things such as the privatization our National Health Service. There was a complete media blackout when they officially privatized it last month. Well Mark McGowan actually wants to do something about it, unlike the 99% of the UK that are so full of ignorance the only thing they want to talk about is what was on their TV the night before.

Four miles on his hands and knees with a fireman (who was pushing a toy firetruck) from Number 10 Downing Street to the Bank of England. This isn't the first time Mark (also known as Chunkymark) has pushed his pig a long distance: Last month he pushed his toy pig on his own from Kings Cross Hospital to Number 10 Downing Street. He had his letter, and personally delivered it to the doors of Number 10! If you've never heard of him before I suggest you check out his Youtube channel. I've been following him for around a year & it's brilliant to see people appreciating what he does.

He's generally a beautiful person, he cares about the poor, the sick, the elderly, the disabled etc. We need more people like this. We need people that actually care about the privatization of our health service to stand up and speak, because the news is telling the country what to think, and it won't be long before it's too late, well to be honest it already looks like it is.

It's not their fault they're ignorant

It's understandable why more people don't come together to try and change things, but we need too, as people have said WE WILL soon see advertisements on the side of Ambulances and Fire engines, this is no joke, the Government purposely moving public money into private pockets whilst the poor are left to starve. I helped a lady out at my local hospital as the parking tolls wasn't working. I said to her 'Did you know they're privatizing the NHS?' she looked at me and said 'They fucking need too'.

This is what annoys me, with mainstream news channels pushing in their political agenda to make it look like the National Health Service cannot run itself. I know people who work in the NHS, I know the hours and effort they put in, and then we have the BBC constantly publishing news stories that are completely negative. Enough of our money doesn't go toward our health service, that's obvious, but WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING? Politicians and News officials saying we can't afford to pay for the sick and disabled but we can afford bankers bonuses, the war, MP's expenses etc...
